Lieutenant Frank Hebert holds a Fine Arts degree from Colby-Sawyer College, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from New England College, and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice Leadership and Administration from New England College. In 2005, he joined the Weare Police Department as a part-time Patrol Officer. Later that same year, he accepted a full-time Patrol Officer position with the agency. In 2007, he expressed his sincere interest and received the appointments of D.A.R.E instructor and Drug Recognition Expert (DRE). In 2008, he accepted the role of Detective and Evidence Technician. In 2013 he achieved the rank of Sergeant. 

Lieutenant Hebert continues to work very closely with every member of the Weare Police Department. As an administrator he oversees investigations of crime on all levels and manages the daily operations. He also maintains a profound interest in educating our youth about the inherent dangers associated with drugs, alcohol, tobacco, and violence. The Lieutenant believes strongly that successful police officers recognize the absolute need to adapt to the given situation while always maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
